Holidays in the Vineyards

Every year during the first weekend of December, the Livermore wineries hold Holidays in the Vineyards.  It's so much fun, because all of the wineries not only decorate beautifully, but they also have lots of local artisans who are out selling their beautiful little treasures.  Wine and shopping - what could be better?

We started at Wente - which is always a great place to start!  Delicious wine, beautiful tasting room, and gorgeous wine cave in the back.

Unfortunately, the duder was extremely tired and fell asleep between Wente and Page Mill (my personal fave) so our day was cut shorter than we had planned, but we still had a great day and looking forward to next year!  Hopefully we can drag the Aslans out with us!  Hint, hint :-)
